Josh Altman

Josh Altman is one of the absolute top-performing luxury real estate agents in the world.  Josh is based in Los Angeles, specializing in high-end properties in Beverly Hills and Hollywood Hills, and Orange County.  As a star of Bravo's Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles and co-founder of The Altman Brothers Team, he has sold over $10 billion in career real estate. 

The Altman Brothers are known for ranking in the top 1% of agents worldwide, selling over $5 billion since 2021. Their record sales include a $65 million Brentwood property and the $55 million Newport Beach Chateau. Josh graduated from Syracuse University with a speech communications degree and was a kicker on the football team.  Josh initially worked in the mailroom of a music management company and failed his real estate exam twice before succeeding.  Josh is married with 2 lovely kids.  He continues to influence the entire real estate industry.

David Bravo Jr.

David Bravo Jr. Is the founder of Title Reps Only, the industry's best connector of title professionals.  David is a husband of 20 years to his bride Rhiannon, and they have 5 beautiful children.

He has a well-decorated career in the title industry. Success came relatively easily, but his rise to the highest levels didn’t occur until the Great Recession. It was then that he learned to detach himself from market conditions by implementing proven systems of success.

He moved into Sales Management in 2012, advanced to Regional Management in 2019, and in 2020, he became CEO of the emerging Monarch Title of California. Monarch Title continues to scale profitably each year across the state.

Sales has always been top of mind for David, and Title Reps Only became the platform through which he brought value to the industry nationwide. David is the author of Title Bible and Title Bible 2.0, both highly regarded as national blueprints for title and escrow sales.

Michael Ruder

After 15 years in the title industry, Michael Ruder founded Legacy Settlement Services with one goal: to reinvent business through elite service, modern technology, and real relationships.

Michael is the subject of the documentary Making Mike, which chronicles his journey through profound personal adversity.. including the murder of his uncle, the loss of his father, and a lifelong battle with addiction and mental health. Sara Luff

Sara Luff is the Vice President of Sales at First International Title, a title agency with over 30 locations across Florida with previous expansion efforts in Texas and New York. With more than 20 years in the title and real estate industry, Sara has built a reputation as a results-driven leader known for her strategic mindset, strong industry relationships, and ability to drive growth across multiple markets.

She oversees statewide sales initiatives and investor-focused business, while also leading innovative marketing strategies centered around social media advertising and brand development. Sara has successfully implemented systems that use targeted ad campaigns to generate appointments for business development executives, while also training teams on how to leverage social media ads to scale their own pipelines.

Her expertise includes running high-performing ad campaigns, building personal and company brands online, and testing direct-to-consumer strategies—including campaigns targeting FSBO sellers—to create new opportunities in an evolving real estate landscape.

In addition to her role in title, Sara is an entrepreneur in the hospitality space, owning and operating Citrus on the Lake Hotel, Iron Works Steaks and Fine Cocktails, and Citrus Sky Bar in downtown Tavares, Florida. Kim Whitlock

Kim Whitlock is a leader in the title insurance industry and the Founder and President of Women in Title, a national community built to connect, support, and advocate for the people behind the work.

With experience on both the underwriter and agency sides, Kim brings a full picture understanding of title operations and a track record of improving how they function in the real world. She currently serves as Director of National Strategic Growth at Stewart, where she focuses on strengthening partnerships, driving efficiency, and helping teams perform at a higher level.

In 2022, Kim launched Women in Title, now a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, to create something the industry didn’t have—a space rooted in collaboration over competition. Today, it has grown into a national movement with chapters across the country, a mentorship program, and initiatives like the Bubble Project that are helping shape a stronger, more connected industry.

Kim serves on the board of her local Land Title Association and is actively involved in ALTA initiatives, contributing to conversations that move the industry forward. She is also a frequent speaker at industry events, where she shares real world insight on leadership, operations, and building stronger professional communities.

Aaron Davis

Aaron Davis is a Florida born and now Texas based entrepreneur, CEO, and growth strategist who has spent his career helping modernize the real estate, title, and eClosing industries. Starting in his mother’s small title business working as a courier then up the ranks, he helped transform a single-office operation into a scalable business platform built on centralization, collaboration, effective technology, and disciplined execution. Today, he leads AMD Enterprises and advises other business owners on growth strategies, digital transformation, joint ventures, centralization, and M&A.

Under Aaron’s leadership, The AMD Companies have grown into a portfolio of more than 30 businesses, including Florida Agency Network (FAN), ClosingSuite, Premier Data Services (PDS), Network Transaction Solutions (NTS), and more. These ventures now represent one of the largest and most robust title operations in the country.

Aaron is also recognized as a speaker, operator, and builder. His credentials include a BSBA from the University of Florida in 1999, graduate of Harvard Business School’s OPM program in 2021, graduate of the Department of Homeland Security Citizens Academy, and contributing regularly to industry conversations around title, mortgage, digital closings, and business growth. 

Beyond business, Aaron is known for stepping up when communities need help. He was appointed to the ALTA Good Deeds Foundation Board, received the 2021 October Research Philanthropy Award, and earned the 2025 ALTA Our Values Award. His disaster-relief work in Texas and Florida also brought national recognition from PEOPLE Magazine (twice) and The Kelly Clarkson Show, including coverage tied to the “Tampa Chainsaw Man” and “Chainsaw Brothers” efforts. 

Most importantly, Aaron is happily married and grounded by a life of serenity, faith, and family, with his wife - Serenity, and children Aiden, Jackson, Ethan, and Emma at the center of everything he does.

Mike Rubin

Mike Rubin grew up in the western suburbs of Chicago, IL. He got his start in the title industry in 1997 with a small agency in Glen Ellyn, IL and never looked back. Throughout his 29-year career in the industry, Mike has led operations large and small, agent and underwriter. Mike is currently the President of Shaddock National Holdings and is responsible for The Shaddock Companies’ mergers and acquisitions activity and agency management nationally. The Shaddock Companies are the largest collective of independent title insurance agencies in the nation.

Mike holds the designations of National Title Professional and Illinois Escrow Professional. He has also served on the board of the Illinois Land Title Association and several American Land Title committees.

Mike currently resides in Prosper, TX with his wife Cordelia and their three children.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mike is passionate about mental health awareness and suicide prevention.
